Parent resources and policies

Clear expectations help children feel secure.

This page gives families a practical overview. Signed enrollment documents and current center policies control when more detail is needed.

Arrival and pickup

Children should be signed in and out, and only approved people should be allowed to pick up a child. Families should keep emergency and pickup information current.

Health and illness

Required health records should be submitted before care begins. Children showing symptoms that meet the center’s exclusion rules may need to remain home until they can safely return.

Positive guidance

Teachers use cooperation, age-appropriate expectations, redirection, and communication with families rather than corporal punishment.

Family communication

Parents and teachers are encouraged to share information, discuss concerns, and work together when a child needs additional support.
