Review current private-pay rates, scheduling expectations, and service information. Contact the center to confirm openings.

Infants $150 per week

Toddlers $100 per week

Preschool $100 per week

School age $50 after-school week

School age $100 full week

Work and school schedules should be provided as soon as they are received.
Schedule changes should be provided at least 24 hours in advance.
Unscheduled attendance may result in an additional $5 fee.
Arrival or pickup more than 30 minutes outside the scheduled time may be charged at $1 per 30 minutes.
Late pickup is charged at $1 for every minute after 6:00 p.m.

Hours or days beyond the authorized amount become the family’s private-pay responsibility.
Additional authorized care time is charged at $1 per child for each half hour during operating hours.
A current MountainHeart certificate must remain on file.
MountainHeart pays only for authorized work or school days.

The pre-admission visit is described as free and approximately one hour.
Meals are scheduled at 8:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 2:30 p.m.
Center employees do not administer medication.
Families should provide a change of clothes, small blanket, small pillow, and toothbrush.
A two-week notice is requested when leaving the program.
